Maintenance

In regelmäßigen Abständen werden Ihre Geräte vom EXPRESSO Werksservice gewartet. Dazu gehört auch der Austausch von z.B. Verschleißteilen. Dies gewährleistet eine möglichst lange Lebensdauer.

Repair

A defective or damaged device is restored to its original working condition directly on site by EXPRESSO service technicians.

Maintenance contract

Conclude a maintenance contract with us and benefit from special conditions and automatic reminders for the next maintenance and inspection.

Training courses

On-site or online training for products, maintenance, or application. Content and coverage will be individually coordinated with you.

Factory service

Nationwide factory service from the manufacturer for all products. Quotations and service dates are available via the hotline.

DGUV inspections

The legally required DGUV tests are carried out for all devices. These are always included in maintenance.
Expresso Service

Services of EXPRESSO maintenance including DGUV testing

  • Visual/functional test with documentation (including test according to DGUV regulations)
  • Qualified inspection: All inspections are carried out by a qualified person
  • Maintenance and servicing: Care and maintenance by the manufacturer
  • Immediate replacement of defective parts by EXPRESSO original spare parts (required materials will be charged separately)
  • On-site service
  • Certification with issuance of the inspection seal
  • Proper documentation
  • including small material and repair work up to 15min (plus material)
